3.2 Preparing Your Return

Once you receive an RMA number, carefully package the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3.3 Return Shipping

Return shipping must be arranged by you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
